Grant Stone Brass Boot

We got record snowfall this year up here in Anchorage, Alaska. A couple weeks ago I was going to get my winter tires put on and my wife got stuck on a snow burm that the state plows had left at the main intersection leading our of our neighborhood. She called me as I was half way down to the tire place and I turned around to help her. Many people stopped to help us, but she was high centered and it was no use, we needed a tow truck. So we got her towed out, only so that early the next week the snow would melt and refreeze. The resulting ruts in the road were so bad that she could not get home from work. We had to go stay at her parent's place, where the roads were better, for a couple days. It has already been a rough winter, but these boots have supported me through it all.
