Confidence.  I have an been dealing with degenerative disc disease for over 20 years. There were times that breathing was a challenge.  I never imagined that boots could help with back pain. I was wrong. Finding these Nick's builder pro with the lineman patch and in the Seidel 1964 Brown rough-out was like mana from heaven. I love what these boots have done for me, they are as tough as they are handsome. These are the boots I wear when it is a hard heavy day. From the first time I felt the wooosh of air come out of the boot as my foot sunk home, I was hooked. The security I feel in these boots is worthy of every compliment. These boots are at home hauling heavy loads, over 100 pounds in each hand up and down the basement stairs. Trudging through crushed stone, razor sharp broken concrete, covered in red clay, and 8 inches of water for two hours, these Nick's have seen it all. More importantly, my back, legs, and body are fine. Most of the time, I am on my hands and knees picking rocks out of clay. Wearing my Nicks while hauling loads up and down stairs is easy. The chonky double stichdown has prolonged the life of the boot protecting the toe vamp. I just brushed it after each session with a stiff plastic bristle brush. I have really enjoyed the Seidel 1964 rough-out so easy to break-in and the leather cleans up so well. Once I was able to lockdown my size I was good to go. I have a high flexible arch that measures from a 10D to a 10 3F, depending on how much pressure I place on my foot and how much arch support there is. Don't ask me how much this cost to learn. I can wear these all day. My feet, back, legs, all feel great.  My whole body feels better. I will keep these the rest of my life. I never worry about my Nick's, and I now know with care my body can handle the tasks in front of me. I am greatful to everyone for this wonderful event and humbled to be a part of it.
