Shoutout to Sorrell Notions and Findings for delivering the goods to upgrade my Dome boots. Took measurements from Dr Soles website and man I'm glad I went with the #10 sole instead of the #8 as the 10 is going to just cover the existing worn-out leather outsoles. And the #14 heel is a perfect match to replace the Quabaug block heel from Nick's with some additional thickness to accommodate the lugs under the forefoot. Also grabbed an awl for pulling stitches and some hook needles, thread, and a haft to stitch it all back together after my cobbler friend helps with the gluing and sanding.
