Oak Street Bootmakers Trench Boot

Regardless of what happens, I’m pumped about how this went. These were my first pair of boots, and I wanted to really drive myself to wear them every day, rain or shine or torrential blizzards be damned. And after six months, I feel like I accomplished that. While definitely not work boots, these definitely saw a lot of hard work trying to keep up with three kids:) I also got a hard lesson in embracing the wear and tear of daily life when I gouged my right boot on a concealed sprinkler head while playing hide and seek with the family. Definitely a bummer, but hard as it was, I decided it was part of the journey and ultimately just made the boots more unique to me. Thanks to everyone who made this year’s Thunderdome possible! David
