No one knows where I came from, what I did, how I lived, or how I passed, but I was granted a new life and new experiences when I was lucky enough to be tanned into the most gorgeous natural crust shell cordovan by amazing craftsmen in Italy. Then, I was carefully and loving custom crafted and lasted by the team at Renav Goods to exacting specifications. Now, in the form of a cap-toed borgued service boot I made my way to Texas, not a place known for such things. Regardless, I received lots of praise and inquiries. While not worn hard, I appreciated being worn almost everyday for the last 6 months, it provided a sense of experience and worth. I have gone from office, to plane, to trail, to motorcycle, to mower, to ladder, to under cars and even back to Italy where my trip all started. I am grateful that my journey was, and is being shared through Thunderdome. While the contest may be over I am just beginning to live again and hopefully, will have an even deeper patinaed reflection of my next decades. To all, thank you, good luck, and love those around you.
