Thursday Captain

My husband talked me into participating in this and with the way things worked out we started on a road trip. I've worn these boots on various trips through about 17 States. When the instructions said to live in the boots I took that pretty literally. Normally I'd wear a pair of cowboy boots as my all around boots, but with the competition I gave these a try. I've hiked, gardened, worked on home remodeling projects, and walked a lot of miles in these boots. They've been worn as both casuall and dressy boots. I've worn them in all kinds of weather from rain to sunshine to snow. I've worn them 4-6 days most weeks for 1-8 hours a day. It's a good thing that the competition is closing because I have worn the heel caps down to the point where I need to get them replaced very soon. Overall, these have been good boots, but at times they were very painful to wear, particularly after they were broken in. This may be because I have some muscle issues, but I didn't have this problem with my other Thursdays. My husband and I have enjoyed this competition, so thank you for putting it on!
