I have been busy breaking these boots in as I plan on taking them to Nepal at the beginning of December. A lot of trail walking and wearing them into town - very versatile. I try to keep them clean but I know that they will patina …
Very nice leather that has a nice feel inside and out. I’m aware that they are a light coloured roughout leather, so I treat them with some care. Break in has been a breeze with no issues and are extremely comfortable now. Brush when needed. These boots have a lot of patina potential!
These are probably the best fitting boots that I have worn. I went to Viberg in Victoria, BC Canada and got sized, so I knew my size when I ordered them. They feel right! Break-in was a breeze right out of the box. The toe box feels great now and I wear thicker wool socks in them. It feels like they were custom made for my feet. No hesitation to take these trekking in the Himalayas.
Exactly what I wanted. Everything is next level craftsmanship - most importantly, they feel great on my feet!
Great grip on and off the trails. Only nitpick of the whole boot package is that small stones get stuck in the heel treads. I read about this before buying but was still surprised when it happened. Now I just done care.
These are grail boots for me and glad that I bought them after a lot of consideration . They were expensive, but the quality, craftsmanship and fit warrant the price. They are also made “locally”. They feel great on my feet and I like the looks of them. I would highly Viberg did you fancy a pair.
