I was looking a closed-toe house-shoe. I wanted a different upper material but it wasn’t available.
I used a Brannock to check my size. I also have another pair of Birks in a different style so I am aware of fit.
I ordered them on the Birkenstock website.
I wore them to work, to go pick up the mail, grocery shopping. I wore them when I need a quick on quick off shoe.
I have noticed wear on the soles. There has been compression and fnthe entire sold as well as a noticeable wear down in certain parts.
I’m fair from a crunchy hippie. There is a great deal of arch support and comfort.
