My go-to boot throughout the winter in Denver, Co. They're tough as hell and very waterproof. I work full 8-hour shifts indoor in them too, mostly on my feet all day.
No care routine to speak of, but as the wax has started to wear away there's some really cool looking nap coming through.

Finishing is good on this pair.
