Use & wear

Physical Work
Outdoor Activities
Wet Conditions

Worn quite a lot around the house and farm. I've got an older pair of Viberg Engineers that are made with natural waxed flesh so I knew they could withstand the conditions.

Care Routine

Held up great. Waxed Flesh leather gets more and more nap/fuzzy as you wear them and scuff them. Rewaxing the leather will lay the nap back down and darken it back up. I did not condition and rewax these yet. Care was typically water and a brush to get mud off, followed by drying overnight.

Satisfied with the Fit

Fit nice and comfortable for wear on long days (sometimes 16 hrs+ on the farm) but I can't really comment on sizing, my feet need to be put back on a brannock device to confirm my size.

Craftsmanship

Viberg Service Boot

This is an older pair of Viberg. Quality is great.

Sole & heel

Traction

Similar to Dainite. Was slippery sometimes in the rain on slick surfaces and on ice in the yard but generally held up well.

Final thoughts

Would Recommend

Had a great time wearing these. I'll continue to wear them over the next (hopefully many) years.
