Flame Panda Boondocker

At the time that I reached out to inquire about ordering these boots there many insta-boot-fluencers getting boots from @flamepanda11 in this last (this was January of ‘21) and I saw a lot of them in my feed. I fell in love with the look immediately. The flat thin toe profile and the almost-square toe was really what drew me in.

I gave the maker overall foot measurements and standard sizes in ready to wear boots that fit. I do not know if the last was modified in any way.

I must preface this by saying, I do not wish to talk poorly of anyone, but if I knew what I know now, I may not have ordered these. These were paid for upfront. Lead time was much longer than originally quoted. All interactions were done through Instagram dm. Originally communication was slow, but there was back and forth. After awhile the response time grew longer and longer. There were months long periods of no contact with the maker. At one point I thought I was just out the money and I made my piece with it. In a last ditch effort I reached out via email and finally got a response. From there communication resumed and eventually I got the boots. In the end they were not the leather I had ordered and paid extra for. After communication resumed I was told they were out of the leather that I had requested and that additional lead time would be needed or I could go with something different. At that point I just wanted something. All that said. I do really love these boots and I am not regretful in anyway of purchasing them.
