Swapped fiberboard lasting board for leather, and fabric liner to calfskin. Goral was very accomodating and the upcharge was so reasonable I suspect they did it at cost. Lead time was extended for sizing discussion and custom changes. Would be shorter otherwise but still months. Color shifts dramatically depending on lighting and looks fantastic. UPDATE - After some wear it is clear that they did not ship the specified size. Initially figured it was just break-in. No size documentation in shipment or size markings in the boot. Great boots but a size too small for me. Considering reasonable offers - these would be a great boot if you're a US size 11. Calfskin lining is an upgrade over standard Buxton.
