Funky strapless wedged engineer

Probably somewhat of a divisive make up, take a traditional Nicks engineer remove the straps, pull loop and throw it on a wedge/HNW last. The purpose of this was to give me a sleeker tall boot that is super comfortable and easy to pull on and off. I couldn’t be happy with my decision. Also, Nicks ability to MTO boots like this is great. Allowing me to do a 10” boot which at the time wasn’t something that was not an option on their site. I’m typically half down same width in Nicks. I was slightly concerned that I would have too much heel slip, but between the HNW last and the wedge, I think that makes the boot just a little bit slimmer than their typical Engineer.
