I personally wouldn't have gone with the term 'Oxford'. As I continue to grow and learn in my shoe collecting journey, I learned why Oxfords are Oxfords - their closed lacing system. 'Trench Derby' sounds cooler, haha. Anyway, these shoes strike a great balance between the presence and durability of boots, and the casual appearance of a pair of Derby's - the difference in weight between these and a regular pair of boots is also noticeable!Q&A
