I'm a Brannock 10C htb, 9.5C htt, with low instep and foot volume and narrow heels. Andrew suggested I go down to a size 9. Generous in the forefoot width wise, lower volume throughout the boot, snug waist and heel. Perfect fit for my peculiar feet.
