This shoes are "Police shoes" made by Borovo (Croatia). The construction is unusual type of folded stichdown. This shoes are known as "policajke" in countryes of ex Yugoslavia. The patter was made by many factoryes through that space with minor variation between unstructured, soft and full metal toebox
