Described as "roomy in forefoot and snug in the heel", maker recommends taking 1 size down from most sneakers/Brannock. However I sized up based on limited reviews/comments found online. Size 44 probably would have worked, but went with Size 45 just in case to hopefully avoid shipping a return back to Sweden. Size 45 ended up feeling a bit loose in the vamp, so I'm using Dr. Scholl's foam inserts to fill in some instep volume.
