Order via their online shop. Only thing that was weird is that they crammed the belt in a USPS dvd flat rate box, which seemed a little rushed. I would have paid extra for a decent box, instead of receiving it in an undersized box. I bought a second belt and they did the same thing, so it’s not a one time occurrence.
