Danner Mountain Light

I was looking for a pair of durable, leather shoes or boots that would be appropriate to wear on light to medium hikes, both around my neighborhood trails and for local camping trips. I have been having trouble finding this kind of shoe because most companies that make higher quality leather boots and shoes do not make them in my size. I saw this pair on the Re-Supply page during REI’s member sale and they were in my size!! When they arrived, they looked un-worn. Thrilled!

I have worn the same size in other shoes from this company, so I had hope that these would also fit me.

Ordering from REI Re-Supply is always a pleasure. I find their condition notes to be accurate. Though I’m sure others could find used boots for less money elsewhere, I have more limited options due to my foot size and REI has a great return policy in the event that shoes and boots are too big for me.
