I made this hat six months ago and had no idea what would happen with it. As the winter has worn on I've worn this hat through rain, snow, yardwork and groceries and everything in between. I get stopped all the time by people saying they love my hat. It's been very exciting seeing how this thing has aged.

This flat cap is made using a pattern from DieselpunkRO on Etsy. It is made with 7/8 ounce vegetable tanned leather for the sweat band and brim, with 2/3 ounce vegetable tanned leather for the top. I sell these hats at farmer's markets for $100 each with an approximate 1 to 2 week lead time.
