The scallop shell is a symbol that guides pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. It has a number of origin stories associated with its use, but I like using it as a reminder of the physical and spiritual journey that we are all on. I’m excited to see how this wallet’s patina reflects that journey over the next 6 months!

This wallet is made of 4 different chrome tan leathers that I picked up off Facebook marketplace. They are all made in Italy and I believe originally from Tandy Leather workshop.
