Ordered on Instagram; this was a new process for me but straight forward enough. I will say; be patient, I do think they over promise in terms of completion / shipping time. I waited approx 4 months for these, so not bad! They mostly responded quickly when I had questions. I think it is worth mentioning that this is the second pair. The first pair were the Tapak 2 and while they were beautiful boots there was a slight delamination issue (cosmetic). I sent photos to Suny, mostly so that he could advise a fix. Instead; he told me to keep the first pair and made / sent me an entire new set of boots at no additional cost to me. He also decided to correct a minor fit issue on the first pair by changing the last on the second pair. Absolutely blown away by the customer service!
