In the summer of 1791 500 proto-yinzers stormed John Neville’s house in Heidelberg, PA to protest the whiskey tax. George Washington himself led the army to quell the rebellion. Not sure he would’ve triumphed if the insurgents had worn these boots. He definitely wouldn’t have looked as good. I’m proud to wear these as a tribute to Pittsburgh and its great history.
