First conditioning with Saphir. First conditioning a few months ago was with Bicks 4, but I noticed the leather was very dry and almost chalky up at the ankle where it interacts with my jeans. I don’t think Bicks 4 can penetrate shell very well, if at all. So I switched to Saphir even though I personally don’t care for the glossy finish. It does indeed seem to penetrate well.
