The day before yesterday I dropped 2 drops of Fiebings black edge dressing on the medial side of my right boot while applying some black edge dressing. I was fully convinced that stain wouldn’t come out but I quickly used my Fiebings saddle soap and applied it right away. Low and behold the stain came right out. It may be because I had sprayed some Tarrago Nano waterproofing/stain proofing spray on both boots and every suede/RO leather I have so the dressing didn’t soak in. I was convinced I would have to live with the imperfection that I created but the saddle soap really did a great job. You can’t even tell edge dressing ever dripped on the right boot. It’s completely gone. Sorry that I didn’t take any photos but it worked super well. It also cleaned off some indigo rocking on the instep of my right boot. I can’t believe how great saddle soap is.
