These are my first ever RO pair and I’m loving it. Indigo crocking is developing nicely. Better than I imagined. These boots are super comfy with a higher arch than GS’s other boots. The paint of the edge of the midsole was starting to chip off so I used some 220 grit sandpaper, smooth it out, applied some Fiebings edge dressing, black edge crayon, and buffed to a nice shine. Natural Cxl RO is such a nice leather. They are a blank canvas for all the indigo Selvedge artists out there. I think they look better now than it did brand new thanks to my IH666S-142ib-C jeans. Can wait to see what it looks like after a month of wear.
