Sized up from my initial choice at Andrew's recommendation; he says this is better for most people. Initial fit is very comfortable, I'm very pleased with it. Minor heel slip that should go away.
Blown away by the perfection of construction, the thick suppleness of the kudu, and Andrew's customer service. Will definitely look to shop with Parkhurst again!
