Jim Green states it is a 3E fit which seems acurate, but I gave my first pair to my son because it was a bit short. Jim green states it is true to size, but for me it was about half a size too short. My regular size is 10.5, 4E. I reordered it in an 11 to make up for the extra width I wanted, and it did the trick. It is a double lasted boot so that might be why it seems a bit short. P.S. I ordered my barefoot Kudu boots in an 11 also and they fit great. Tells me that for me an 11 in Jim Green fits me like most 10.5's. Both great boots, now just waiting on my AnatomX 719!
