The Jim Green lasts are thankfully wide compared to USA mass market (RW, etc) Brannock sizes and PNW sizes. This fits closer to a 4E or FF. I have a pair of broken in Nick's Delta arch half soles for my absolutely necessary arch support; and the JG insoles removed.
