Question for the group: Should I waterproof these this early in the dome? I have Obenauf's. We're entering the rainy season on the NW coast (91 inches/ year where I live). These will inevitably keep getting soaked even though I predominantly work indoors. The leather has high absorption, and when it dries, this kind of salt-line keeps reappearing. I think it's whatever mix they use to cure the leather.
