This specific Indiana last runs quite big so from a brannock 8E (heel to ball), I sized down to 40D EU, a size 7D equivalent. It fits well and snug but a tad tight on the pinky toe sides initially. I’ll see it breaking it in will make the fit better. The 40E was more comfy on the toes but felt loose everywhere else.
