The Elston last is very comfortable. I’m a D width on the brannock device, but some boots I wear in D width give me too much pressure on my pinky toes. Not the Elston last, these boots have a roomy toe box.

Why I own this
I like old school military stuff, so these boots are perfect for me!
How I sized
I m a 9 HTB and 8.5 HTT, both in D width but I like to have a roomy toe box. Elston last is really comfortable at 9D and doesn’t require much break in. There was some initial heel slipping but that went away quickly after a week or so
