This duckbill style flat cap is made from 2/3 ounce vegetable tanned leather on top with 5/6 ounce for the seat band and bill. The only thing I will do to this hat is wear it. No oil, no conditioner, just sweat and time.

This flat cap is made using a pattern from DieselpunkRO on Etsy. It is made with 7/8 ounce vegetable tanned leather for the sweat band and brim, with 2/3 ounce vegetable tanned leather for the top. I sell these hats at farmer's markets for $100 each with an approximate 1 to 2 week lead time.
