My constant companion that has gotten more beautiful with age, and will continue to do so.

My Fat Herbie wallet was my constant companion since April. Every life event, every weather possible. This wallet was with me through all of them.

The break-in was fairly straight forward as the thin profile does help with staying comfortable while sitting on it for long periods. It is wider than normal wallets so you will notice it it there if switching from other wallets or a front carry. The natural shell cordovan has aged and taken on a beautiful patina. Other than wiping down with some water, when dirty, I have not conditioned this wallet during the thunderdome.

The fat herbie has shown no issues and if it does I know Ashland will fix it ever pops a stitch which is comforting when investing in a piece.

This is not my first wallet from Ashland, admittedly they are expensive. However, I was already aware of the materials and craftsmanship they use on their pieces. My Fat Herbie did everything, I ask of a my wallet, and will continue to do so for years to come. Which is what we should all be striving for in this hobby. Beautiful aging pieces that will be utilized for years and decades to come.
