I wear these boots in a tropical climate — from long hours in the workshop, to riding my motorcycle, and through my daily work.

Care Routine

In my opinion, Fortis uses a very heavy dyeing technique — it feels like it’s built for decades of wear. I’ve been quite rough on these boots, yet the color has barely changed. I’m genuinely impressed with both the dyeing process and the construction. As for maintenance, I keep it simple — just Saphir Renovateur and a horsehair brush.

Satisfied with the Fit

There’s not much to say about the wear — they’re incredibly comfortable. I’m genuinely amazed by Fortis’ level of craftsmanship.

As for the outsole, the grip could be better, especially on oil-slick workshop floors.

It’s pretty good.

Good Value

This is my fourth pair of Fortis boots, and I’m very satisfied with the result. The shape fits me perfectly and suits my feet really well.
