I chose a dressier boot for daily construction work. And the results exceeded my expectations

Daily wear at work in construction, weekends climbing tall pines hunting Florida pine goats and scouting public land looking for sign and deer.

Very tough leather. Still breaking in it seems but more comfortable every day. Daily brush. Occasionally damp rag wipe down and one good clean and condition with smiths after a very wet and muddy day at work. Good water resistance. Feet completely dry walking thru shallow puddles on the concrete slab

Fit is good. I prefer a snug fit and these are as long as I wear darn tough heavy socks. No heel slip even with mid weight socks. Feet feel comfortable all day almost as if this last helps me rest my feet and knees

They are my go to pair. I couldn’t find any flaws and construction feels extremely solid. The heel counters lock my feet in. It’s my favorite part about the fit

Good traction and so far so good in the durability department

Comfortable. Digs in when walking down hill on soft dirt. Very stable
