Leather pleasantly surprised me

Rotated evenly (every other day) with my other Patina Thunderdome pair.

I’ve been astounded at just how resilient this leather is. Was expecting a more delicate suede, but these take a beating like the most hardy full roughout boots in my collection.

I wouldn’t get Cats Paw again because I find it lacks proper grip. It’s a good looking design, but nothing redemptive aside from aesthetics.

Outstanding bookmaker and design. Build quality and leather robustness are my favorite attributes of this pair, and I’ve already ordered another from Kiattoko, albeit in horsebutt. This pair was my foray into Indonesian boots and I won’t look at any other Indo makers because I’m so impressed with this model.
