I’ve been unable to wear my boots as much as I wish I could, but I’ve done a lot of shoveling and walking, and they’ve only gotten better.
Leather
Limmer boots only become more comfortable with wear, and these were no exception. They required little care other than being brushed and given an occasional coat of Limmer boot grease.
Fit
They were very comfortable, especially because they were made for my feet.
Craftsmanship
Peter Limmer and Sons has been making incredibly durable boots for decades.
Sole & heel
The soles have been satisfactory, though maybe not ideal for ice. Otherwise good traction.
Very similar to the sole, overall good quality and grip.
Final thoughts
A superb pair of boots, thanks in no small part to the Limmer design. One that’s been perfected over many years.
