    More about this item

I chose this item mostly for function over form. I like this style better than any other I saw, with the trifold pattern, mesh id holder, and unlined lightweight leather. It's very slim and has lighter veining already, can't wait to see it age.

    Style

This is my preferred style of wallet, it's the only one I found that really checked all the boxes. Trifold, ID holder that's not plastic, lightweight unlined good quality leather. I really like how it looks too. Could of gotten some more well known brands but decided to search Etsy and find a small single maker business to support.

    Online Store

Great! I scrolled online several businesses, sites, tanneries, and decided to find a not as well known maker I liked. Turns out I liked this style more than the others too.

It mostly stays in the front pocket of my rucksack. When I go out somewhere, in my back pocket when walking, and I take it out when sitting. Sometimes I fill it with cash to stretch it out a bit. Holds it well.

    Patina Process

Subtle differences of how it looks in the light. Feel like the patina will be a long slow burn. I added some Chamberlain's leather milk when I felt it was a little dry. Was stiff at first but malleable in no time. Still stiff where it needs to be, all the cards stay tight.

It's the main reason I got this particular wallet was because of the design. I wanted a trifold wallet with an ID holder that wasn't plastic. I also was trying to find a less known brand. The leather also looked the best from the options I found. It has fit my needs perfectly. It's well constructed and I'm sure will last me a long time.

    Good Value

Highly recommend if you want a well designed quality wallet that will last, for not that much of a cost.
