Use & wear
Wear them every day barring snow for everything I work as a bartender wear them to the bar, on walks, to the store. Not very intense wear I’d call it a low and slow patina.
Leather
Love it, having the top grain on the inside makes for easy maintenance, just suede eraser and brush. Super comfortable, and I’m loving the classic rough-out patina that they’ve got going on. Soft with just enough structure, very satisfying sound when I knock on the vamp.
Fit
It’s honestly perfect, I was able to try them on in store. Was a little tight on the cuneiforms but very quickly stretched out. I can get away with thin socks going out, but when I’m at work I go for a thicker sock, and they fit like a dream.
Craftsmanship
Love the color, got a hole in the shaft from friction, but I’d say they’re very durable. Love the brass hardware, white stitching is a nice touch.
Sole & heel
Wish they were more durable. The grip was nice, but I got a harder wearing outsole put on them after I ran down the original.
Logger heel till I die!
