They were torn up on the mountain and my cobber reoiled them which kinda annoyed me but they’ve been fine since. Other people had boots that were torn too shreds on that mountain and mine just looked well worn. I’ll wax them after the next hike. Brush them down after every use.

After the mountain needed it regluded. Thinking that I’ll switch the sole in a month or so after taking them back to Sue. They have nearly no traction left Scree y’all destroy boots

I don’t wear them for really rough work-boots stuff, but everything else is fair game. I don’t baby them at all… they’ve been on dusty nature walks, beach sand, grassy fields, mud puddles, etc. I walk 5-10 miles per day around town, so they’ve seen a lot of pavement too.
