Only had a few short walks so far. Other than a bit of heel slip, it’s a very snug fit and surprisingly comfortable.
For thick veg tan leather, it’s surprisingly supple, even on day one. It doesn’t want to bend much at the ball of the foot, but should break-in in time. It’s extremely uniform, with barely a mark from the building process. Which is kinda amazing, given how much this leather wants to patina. Even water droplets mark it for hours after they’ve dried.
Firm to extra firm handshake, heel feels bouncy and a little high, doesn’t feel like it’ll take much break-in at all.
Ridiculously high quality construction for the price. Still don’t know how they made them without leaving a mark on the leather. Stitching looks great, everything feels bombproof.
Incredibly bouncy, grippier than I imagined crepe would be.
It’s hard not to order another pair. Unmarked’s Riot boots keep looking at me…
