Good, bad and ugly

I mainly wore the boots while working in the office, and occasionally for walks in the park.

Deep burgundy color has a unique character in the way it shifts with different environments. The leather, richly infused with oil, fit comfortably from beginning without discomfort or any pain. It has molded to the shape of my feet and wraps around them almost like a sock, still holds my feet.

I originally ordered the Wesco vintage round toe - 9109, but ,I ended up receiving a pair with unknown shape. It took some time to get used to, but now they've broken in nicely and fit me well.

I didn't like soft toe at first I received, but maybe I've gotten used to it, I kind of like it now. The boots took about 15 months to arrive, and they had some damage in both side toe, scar on the leather, undersized insole, and irregular vamp stitching. Their quality fell short of expectations.

It has performed well in my daily environments

It provides a good balance of slip resistance and shock absorption, making it comfortable for everyday wear.

I feel that one custom order through Baker's and Wesco was enough to understand their craftsmanship and services. There are still many other bookmakers and retailers out there that I'd like to experience next time.
