1000 Mile Plain-Toe Boot
Everyday walking, shopping, meeting with friends and a few small hikes.
It is beautiful, and the reason I bought them in the first place. It seems dryer than I expected but I don't have a lot of experience with vegtan. My care routine was bick 4 once before the last competition and then once at the start of this one. Has broken in well around my foot.
Fits well except the front of the boot, still could use about 1/2 in less room. The ball of my foot is not out of place though so not the biggest issue. I can basically splay my toes like I would be able to in a barefoot shoe. Arch support is nice. The laces keep my foot locked in even though I have to get the top almost touching.
It is more durable then I expected. Unfortunately slippery on certain surfaces. Also allows cold to be transferred inside the boot pretty quickly.
OK traction, and worn slowly.
