Construction and Design
The lace-to-toe lineman boots feature stitch down welt construction, which differs from the Goodyear welt construction found on some other Hall's models. The boots incorporate a false tongue design and water resistant breathable full grain leather uppers. Models with Goodyear welt construction include a waterproof breathable membrane with full-length polyurethane insert.
A distinguishing feature is the heavy duty three-rib pole shank that provides maximum support for climbing work. The boots use Vibram Yellow Plug Tacoma lug outsoles for traction and durability. The high heel design ensures firm capture of step bolts and braces during climbing operations.

The 947W is an eight-inch waterproof composite toe lace-to-toe lineman boot priced at $342.90. It features black leather construction with a composite toe and maxi brown abrasion resistant Vildona micro fiber lining. The boot provides excellent arch support and incorporates the high heel design characteristic of Hall's lineman boots.
Model 946-2
The 946-2 offers an eight-inch brown steel toe design with Goodyear welt construction. This model features the heavy duty three-rib pole climber shank and includes heavy duty three-ribbed steel shanks. The construction uses Goodyear welting paired with Vibram Tacoma lug outsoles.
Safety Standards
Hall's lace-to-toe lineman boots meet multiple safety standards for electrical and workplace hazards. The boots are electrical hazard rated and meet ASTM standard F-2413-05. Non safety toe models meet ASTM F2892-18 as tested per ASTM F2412-18a. The boots comply with Electric Hazard Resistant Footwear requirements.
