Why did you choose this item?

I wanted a tough boot for daily wear, long walks, etc. Needed it to be able to get dirty and scuffed and clean up well enough for semi-dressy occasions. Went with all the leather I could for the sake of longevity, since I don’t have the cash to be ordering custom boots left and right. Loved the look of the JG buffalo leather I’d seen, and loved the story behind it.

How did you determine your size?

JG Last: 12EEEUS Men's Brannock: 11.5EEE

Ordered a stockman (chelsea on the same last) before. The first I ordered was too small, but the second fit. Jim Green has a great return policy in the states.
