Will UGGs patina or just fall apart?

These are my sixth pair of Uggs. I like to wear Uggs to their death, all ripped, saggy, and sad, but I’ve never paid attention to how many seasons that actually takes. I was anticipating ending the thunderdome with boots that looked like a weathered old man with a story to tell, but I’m pleased that there’s still plenty of life left in them. For a fast-fashion winter comfort shoe intended for mall crawling, they really fit the bill.
