Viberg Wholecut Derby Boot

I was looking at viberg makeups, as a maker that I had never tried, but to which this hobby drives everyone at some point. Well beyond my normal price point for boots, but having a little mini mid-life crisis that had me looking at adding to my current collection of boots! I came across the wholecut scout boots, and new I wanted to try but needed to decide the leather. Luckily, within our stitchdown community, there were plenty of folks with well loved boots in rowdy dachshund/oiled mocha. When I saw how amazing this leather can look when worn in, that is what helped me settle on this makeup.

This was my first pair of vibergs, so I definitely nervous about the sizing. Based on the sizing guide and my brannock, I chose my size. A nice touch from from division road was that when I had my order in, they reached out and chatted with me to confirm sizing before the boots even shipped.
