The arch support is way more noticeable than in any other pair of boots I own. It felt weird and a little uncomfortable at first, but once it breaks in just enough (3 to 5 wears in my case) is very comfortable. Nice roomy toe box and a slightly wide heel, which can be countered by just lacing it a bit tighter. Nice fit with midweight woolen socks, but even better with heavyweight socks
