Alden Indy Boot

Alden Indy's in 90's deadstock Horween Navy Nubuck. Would love to know specific tannage. Less than 2 weeks of wear over the course of 1.3 yr Haven't worn these much, The Indys just happened to be what I was wearing when I was stocking dawn detergent and dropped a bottle and had it splash all over them. Now I have smooth vamps, which is ok, but I wish I couldve enjoyed the nubuck texture a little longer. No biggie really, lesson learned, fuzzy texture shouldnt be worked in unless you dont mind it not being fuzzy anymore. Kinda already knew that, but 1st hand experience is best I guess. Lol I say splashed them, but really mean it drenched one and didn't touch the other. So, really I have one smooth vamp, because I haven't been able to bring myself to repeat the process and do the other one to make them even. I havent worn them since it happened, I got home panicked about wht I should do and just rinsed all the detergent out with a bunch of water and applied Venetian because I knew they would get super dry otherwise after soaking in straight dawn for like 6 hrs. Any input on how I should fix my mistake would be appreciated. Brass suede brush? Or just repeat on the other vamp and live with "oiled nubuck" vamps?
